Christian Yelich addresses crowd before game
Brewers designated hitter Christian Yelich took the stage and spoke during the ceremony. He spoke of the special magic inside his customized “Ueck” bat before wrapping up by saying Uecker is “still with us to some extend and I think we all feel that.”

Brewers players, coaches to wear special ‘Ueck’ uniforms
In addition to the special Bob Uecker sleeve patches that have been on the Brewers’ uniforms all season, the full Brewers roster and coaching staff will wear special uniforms for the August 24 game only that have ‘UECK’ as the name on the back.

The Uecker ceremony on-field will begin between 12:20 and 12:30 p.m. It will be aired on FanDuel Sports Wisconsin.
