After muffing the punt, wide receiver Luke Grimm caught a 15-yard touchdown pass from quarterback DJ Uiagalelei.

Late in the fourth quarter, wide receiver Luke Grimm muffed the punt, and it was recovered by the 49ers at the Chargers’ 24-yard line. Two plays later, quarterback Carter Bradley and wide receiver Terique Owens connected for a 22-yard touchdown.

Tied 16-16, with a little over six minutes left, quarterback DJ Uiagalelei was picked off by 49ers linebacker Curtis Robinson. Robinson returned it for a touchdown to give the Niners the lead.

49ers wide receiver Junior Bergen muffed a punt near the start of the fourth quarter and the Chargers recovered and took over from San Francisco’s 11-yard line.
After running back Nyheim Miller-Hines’ fumbled, San Francisco capitalized on it and scored a touchdown. RB Jeff Wilson punched it in from five yards out.

Undrafted rookie DJ Uiagalelei took over at quarterback and found tight end Oronde Gadsden II in the end zone for a 25-yard touchdown.

Linebacker Marlowe Wax sacked and forced a fumble on 49ers quarterback Carter Bradley. Edge rusher Caleb Murphy was there to recover.
After exchanging punts in the first quarter, the 49ers struck first as quarterback Tanner Mordecai connected with wide receiver Demarcus Robinson for a 22-yard touchdown.
