During a tournament held in Napa last weekend, the game clock was ticking down when Jonah launched a hail Mary near the half court line.
Jonah nailed the incredible shot, proud parents erupted into cheers, and Bay City won the tournament. (Watch Jonah’s shot in the video player above).
“He’s the real Baby-Faced Assassin,” KRON4 Anchor Darya Folsom said, referencing the Golden State Warriors’ Stephen Curry.
After the team’s victory, Jonah’s teammates rightfully predicted that his big basket would bring good luck to the Warriors.
On Sunday night, the Warriors defeated the Houston Rockets, 103-89, in Game 7 of the NBA playoffs. Golden State will advance to the Western Conference semifinals and take on the Minnesota Timberwolves Tuesday.
