The show begins at 9:45 p.m. and can be visible from all around the South Shore. According to Visit Lake Tahoe, the best spots to view the spectacle (besides on the lake itself) are Nevada Beach, Timber Cove Marina, and the Tallac Historic Site.Tahoe City Fireworks When: July 4, noon–10 p.m.Where: Commons Beach, 400 North Lake Blvd, Tahoe CityAfter multiple years of drone shows, fireworks are returning to Tahoe City. The 77th Tahoe City Fireworks Display will take place at 9:30 p.m. off Commons Beach. A free shuttle service will run from Palisades Tahoe to the Tahoe City Transit Center from 4 p.m. to midnight.The city is referring to the event as “The Boom is Back.” There is no cost to attend the show, but the fireworks are completely funded by donations. The fireworks will be fired off of a barge off of Incline Beach at 9:30 p.m. Parking will be available at multiple lots, and bathrooms and handwashing stations will be provided for the expected 6,000 attendees.Earlier in the day, there is a Veterans Club Pancake Breakfast from 8 a.m. – noon and free BBQ at Incline Beach at noon as part of the Incline Village and Chrystal Bay Local Heroes Fourth of July Celebration.Downtown Truckee 4th of July ParadeWhen: July 4, 7 a.m.–9:30 p.m.Where: TruckeeTruckee offers a full day of patriotic fun on the Fourth. Start the morning off with a free pancake breakfast from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m. served by Truckee firefighters as they raise money for the Truckee Firefighters Charitable Fund (TFCF). Breakfast begins at the start of the parade route, 11473 Donner Pass Road. Before the parade, participate in the Firecracker Mile, a one-mile race along the parade route. Finally, cheer on the participants in the Annual Truckee 4th of July Parade, which starts just before 10 a.m. The theme this year is “Futuristic Friday.” A fireworks show over Donner Lake will conclude the holiday celebration.40th Annual Rancho Cordova 4th of July CelebrationWhen: July 3-4Where: Hogan Community Park, 2197 Chase Drive, Rancho CordovaRancho Cordova is celebrating Independence Day with its 40th annual, two-day festival and parade at Hogan Community Park.From Thursday, July 3 to Friday, July 4, attendees can expect carnival rides, food trucks, circus events, and nightly fireworks shows. Guests can enjoy open-air roof decks or escape the heat in the climate-controlled interior.Tickets start at $43.Folsom Pro Rodeo When: July 3-5, 7:30 p.m., doors open at 5 p.m.Where: 200 Wool St., Folsom The Folsom Pro Rodeo is an annual event that takes place over the Fourth of July weekend. Attend this over 60-year-old tradition to see classic rodeo events like bull riding, barrel racing and roping. The event is sanctioned by the Professional Rodeo Cowboys Association (PRCA), per their website. The Folsom Pro Rodeo also offers family-friendly activities like fireworks shows, live music, and food.Tickets start at $30 but seats can be reserved for $45. The Family Pack includes four GA tickets and is $110.Fourth of July Carnival When: July 4, 1-4:30 p.m.Where: Southgate Recreation and Park District, 6000 Orange Avenue, Sacramento The Christine Thompson Aquatic Center is offering a family-friendly Fourth of July afternoon celebration, from 1 p.m. – 4:30 p.m. Poolside activities include game booths, arts and crafts, and a themed photo booth. Kids can enjoy snacks like nachos and ice cream as well. Preregistration tickets are $8 and drop-in tickets are $9. After multiple years of drone shows, fireworks are returning to Tahoe City.
The 77th Tahoe City Fireworks Display will take place at 9:30 p.m. off Commons Beach. A free shuttle service will run from Palisades Tahoe to the Tahoe City Transit Center from 4 p.m. to midnight.

After a five-year hiatus, fireworks are returning to Incline Village for the Incline Fireworks show.
The fireworks will be fired off of a barge off of Incline Beach at 9:30 p.m. Parking will be available at multiple lots, and bathrooms and handwashing stations will be provided for the expected 6,000 attendees.
Earlier in the day, there is a Veterans Club Pancake Breakfast from 8 a.m. – noon and free BBQ at Incline Beach at noon as part of the Incline Village and Chrystal Bay Local Heroes Fourth of July Celebration.
Downtown Truckee 4th of July Parade
When: July 4, 7 a.m.–9:30 p.m.
Truckee offers a full day of patriotic fun on the Fourth.
Start the morning off with a free pancake breakfast from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m. served by Truckee firefighters as they raise money for the Truckee Firefighters Charitable Fund (TFCF). Breakfast begins at the start of the parade route, 11473 Donner Pass Road.
Before the parade, participate in the Firecracker Mile, a one-mile race along the parade route.

40th Annual Rancho Cordova 4th of July Celebration

Rancho Cordova is celebrating Independence Day with its 40th annual, two-day festival and parade at Hogan Community Park.
From Thursday, July 3 to Friday, July 4, attendees can expect carnival rides, food trucks, circus events, and nightly fireworks shows.
