A San Francisco tech company executive and his parents were among eight victims who drowned during a Lake Tahoe boating tragedy. The group’s boat capsized when a sudden thunderstorm whipped up powerful wind and waves last weekend. Only two of 10 people who were thrown into the cold water survived.
